Change Communication Manager

Morson is delighted to partner with a key customer for the interim appointment of a Change Communications Manager. Operating from their Midlands Head Office, this role will involve some travel to engage with a workforce undergoing significant change.

With a workforce of over 8,000 employees, and more than 4,000 positively impacted by the new software implementation, this position promises to be both challenging and exciting

About the Role:

- Stakeholder Engagement: Oversee and deliver the stakeholder engagement and communications plan to support transformation programs, ensuring effective change implementation.
- Change Communications: Manage all change communications activities for program colleagues and relevant teams (both leadership and frontline) across the business.
- Leadership: Lead and deliver a suite of effective stakeholder engagement and communications activities aligned with overall program objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Communications team to contribute to and deliver the corporate communications strategy. Collaborate with the Programme Management Office to refine and comply with communication and engagement standards.

About You:

- Experience: Internal Communications/Change Communications experience is essential.
- Field-Based Communication: Ideally, you have experience communicating with a field-based population.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to work with challenging stakeholders is crucial.
- Willingness to Travel: As the role covers several sites, a willingness to travel is necessary to ensure success.

Contract Details: 

- Duration: 12-month contract
- IR35 Status: Operating within IR35
- Employment Basis: Umbrella company basis
- Daily Rate: Up to £400 per day
