Job Duties:
The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Duties include designing graphics for various marketing materials such as brochures, logos, packaging, advertisements, and social media content. Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, create mock-ups, and execute final designs within brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or related field
- Demonstrable experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required for this role.
Experience:
Previous experience in graphic design, either through internships or entry-level positions, is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
- Understanding of design principles and techniques
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and creativity in design concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in graphic design
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
- Knowledge of web design and digital marketing trends
Working Conditions:
The Junior Graphic Designer will primarily work in an office setting, collaborating with the marketing team and other stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
